• Juridical or Legal Recovery:In this service we manage the recovery of your bills using all the legal instruments at our disposal, always establishing an individual strategy on every single case depending on the documentation and how old the bill may be.

Irrecoverability Proceedings

Depending on the case (unlocalizable client, deceased debtor, etc.) and according to the laws regarding this subject, we provide you with the necessary resources and means to turn that not-recovered account into an irrecoverable account which allows deducting the corresponding taxes.

Portfolio Audit

We support you in the process of implementation, development, policy service and procedures of your credit and recovery department, we check your credit records and we make suggestions on how to minimize the risk of your operations, how to document accounts and, if it is the case, what kind of contract would be the best to make with your credit clients.
